How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period is as follows.
・Cardio：3 months after purchase
・Other products（StrengthMachine、bench、rack、etc）：6 months after purchase
There is a cost to repair a product for which the warranty period has ended.
※If you purchase “As Is” does not come with any kind of warranty.

Is it possible to have the failed machine repaired?

Please rest assured. We have been selling training machines for more than 30 years, and as we understand from reliability, we can repair with confidence from Hokkaido to Okinawa, so you can purchase with confidence.

Is it possible to unify colors etc?

You can change the frame color and the sheet color as desired. By doing so, you can produce a sense of unity in the training gym.

How much does it cost for delivery?

As it varies according to area, setting place, please talk.

How do you pay?

Once the product has been decided, we will deposit it to our designated account. After that, we will discuss product delivery dates.

Unlike imagined, the training machine is made of iron so it is not easily damaged.
